Development of Special Software

IREview –this software tool has been developed by LENAM and implemented into the processes related to the innovation of the artificial leather production technology. Artificial leather is used for fabrication of softened surfaces for example in the interior parts of the means of transport, in the furniture industry and the like. IREview sw serves during the technical preparation of heating the thin-walled moulds of intricate design shapes, where it would be very ineffective to lay out the infra-red heaters (up to 200 pieces) by the trial and error method. This special sw tool enables not only to visualize position of infra-red heaters in 3D space and provide their coordinates for the real layout by a robot, but also to predict modes of the mould heating including the heating regulation, which is consequently realized on the automatic slush lines in the modes of prototype and batch productions.
