Experimental Laboratory

We carry out testing of materials, products, and structural assemblies. Tests are performed according to specifications defined by the client or based on methodologies we develop ourselves. We place maximum emphasis on meeting the client’s needs. Testing and measurements are carried out not only in our experimental laboratory, but also at the client’s site and within their operations. The experimental laboratory works closely with the CAE analysis department. Here, experimental methods are used as a tool for the verification of virtual testing or for determining parameters of finite element (FE) material models.

Material Testing

Basic static and dynamic tests of mechanical material properties (especially plastics, composites, and metals) are carried out in the laboratory, including tensile, compressive, bending, shear, and, where applicable, torsion tests. These tests are used to determine the stiffness and strength of materials.

The above tests can be performed under various speed and temperature conditions. For viscoelastic materials (plastics, composites), creep and relaxation tests can be conducted. In terms of other...

Component Testing

We carry out testing of products both in the development phase and during serial production. Tests are performed based on client specifications or according to our own methodological designs.

The laboratory conducts both static and dynamic tests, of both short-term and long-term (lifetime testing) nature.

Testing is typically accompanied by measurements of mechanical or physical quantities (displacement, strain, acceleration, force, pressure, temperature, etc.).

The purpose of testing may include determining the mechanical properties (stiffness, strength) of individual components or assemblies.

Special Testing

We develop complete testing and measurement setups (test rigs) tailored to client requirements. The service is provided comprehensively, from design and engineering, through manufacturing and assembly, to the execution of tests, from which we prepare test reports delivered to the client.

Special tests are typically accompanied by measurements of mechanical or physical quantities (displacement, strain, acceleration, force, pressure, temperature, flow rate, etc.) or combined with the use of high-speed cameras to visualise fast processes.
