Component (Product) Testing
We conduct testing of products both in the development phase and during serial production. We work based on client specifications or according to our own methodological designs. The laboratory conducts both static and dynamic tests, of both short-term and long-term (lifetime testing) nature. Tests are usually accompanied by measurements of mechanical or physical quantities (displacement, strain, acceleration, force, pressure, temperature, etc.). The purpose of testing may include determining the mechanical properties (force, stiffness, strength, deformation energy) of individual components or assemblies.

Examples of component testing in automotive:
- static stiffness testing of tailgate assemblies
- static stiffness testing of composite tailgate frames
- creep testing of tailgates
- static stiffness testing of bumpers
- static and impact testing of instrument panels
- measurement of control forces of dashboard air vents
- measurement of energy during B-pillar deformation
- impact (projectile) testing of windshield resistance (crack evaluation)
- measurement of stiffness characteristics of automotive mounts (silent blocks)
- stiffness testing of rolling bearings
- fatigue testing of internal combustion engine connecting rods
- pull-out testing of rivet nuts
- measurement of clutch and clutch release bearing characteristics
Examples of component testing outside automotive:
- impact (projectile) testing of protective face shields
- impact (projectile) testing of coated components for rail vehicles
- measurement of natural frequencies and vibration amplitudes of a tubular beam in fluid
- measurement of operating forces of a hydraulic valve
